OS-URAVS is a joint-agency program sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Directorate and hosted at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center.

The program's goal is to identify, document and share information across federal government agencies regarding tangible technical, administrative and economic benefits made available through use of open source software technologies, methods and practices for unmanned, remote and autonomous vehicle systems.
