Getting started - we need a name for the Badge

A project log for HaDge - The Hackaday Badge

HaDge - A wearable thing for Hackaday folks.

We setup the project a while go, but we're finally getting started now. This blog post sets the ball rolling.

First off, I'd like to zero in on a name for the Badge project so the Github repository can be created.

Also, during the next week or two, it would be nice to flesh out the features, specifications and tools that we will use. Chime in.

Okay, I'll go along with that name

Is it pronounced  like Jonny Quest's friend Hadji?

If it incorporates a cigarette lighter, it could be HackUpALung!

The name is right there, in the title: "The Hackaday Badge". Problem solved.

Next steps:
 - decide for budget and deadlines
 - refine the technical specification
 - cost estimation and funding
 - design implementation
 - create three teams that will work in parallel: software, hardware and marketing
 - prototype
 - manufacture
 - distribute

My 2¢ for a name would be something simple. I suggest a project name
of "HCB2015". Or a secret dev name of "Project Radio Head" . :-)

Keeping it in the "Jolly Wrencher" style, it could be the "Jolly Badger". ;-)

I was going to suggest the same thing. And the master could be "Captain Badger". And if you are trying to monitor the activity of blackhats who are trying to compromise badges, you would, of course, create some "Honey Badgers".
