It would help if you have a full picture f the PCB.  Preferably none blurry one so that we can actually read their part numbers.  As is, all you are showing is the SoC, but ignoring any external memory that the firmware might be in.  So you are not giving the whole picture both literally and figuratively.

If it is in the SoC, you are SOL.  These type of things are designed to prevent RE.

Just dump the NAND BGA chip. https://github.com/cyphunk/NANDDump Buy a compatible BGA breakout board here: http://www.proto-advantage.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=4000002 double check the breakout board grid spacing with your target NAND

It's hard to tell from the images you've posted - that 2 row connector on the right might be JTAG, and the 4 pin connector on the left could be serial.
Sometimes the best way to work on firmware is to download a firmware update meant for the device you're trying to work on. You then have everything you need right on your PC.
