Fridgearbox.

Magnet gearwheels for your fridge.

Similar projects worth following
We all have used magnets in our fridges, but, how about having them with a bit more fun-ctionality? XD
I have yet to design more types of gears, a motor maybe...who knows.

Enjoy this project?

I was once convinced I could come up with a single-wire power-system for something along these lines, wherein the "wire" would be metal gears and the magnets would be one plate of a capacitor... I think I was able to light an LED dimly, but driving a motor might be a bit much ;)

This is an awesome project.  I would love to tinker with this type of thing.

That would be awesome, however, Thinkgeek needs an industrial basis production to sell things, as far as I know, they do not sell handmade things (assembly, in this case)
I would rather sell the idea to someone to produce it. XD

I'm surprised this isn't on Thinkgeek.com already! This is a great idea. I think solar power is the key. It'd make a great clock project!
