Got the latest print head torn down, cleaned up, and ready for my replacement stainless tubing to arrive.

In the mean time, here's a pic of the surviving prototype print heads, which didn't get recycled to make new parts.

Left to right, oldest to newest.  Some are missing, and parts were re-used from one to the next if I needed them. 

There is a <2mm impeller with a spring loaded seal/bearing, loosely coupled to the BLDC motor with a pin/slot drive in there.  That bit took a very long time to get right.

Reading your logs about trying to reduce the melt area as much as possible, I assume the ones on the right are more recent. What's connect to the shaft of your BLDC motor there? Did you cut out the bottom of the block and machine out a metal prop or something?
