I started this project so I could share a method that seems to work pretty well.. I had a need since I wanted to make PCBs for the ramanPi and quickly discovered my previous methods fall short.. Hope this helps someone else too.. I'd love to hear suggestions if anyone has anything to add here!

  • 1 × AMERIMAX HOME PRODUCTS 68306 6x10 Mill Finish Aluminum Flashing From amazon or home depot, lowes, etc...
  • 1 × Muriatic Acid Home Depot, Lowes, Pool Store, etc
  • 1 × Hydrogen Peroxide Drug Store
  • 1 × 3 mil Hobby Vinyl for vinyl cutters Hobby Store, Amazon, eBay

    1- Create your PCB design and create your PCBs using your preferred method.

    2- I'll be showing the method using a Silhouette Cameo Hobby Cutter for the preliminary instructions...

    Adhere your vinyl to the cameo's adhesive cutting sheet.. (Do not remove the backing from the vinyl)
