Sbitardov in his comment gave me cool book that I never see before.
It's about ussr logic elements named "Volga". Quality of album is enough to reproduce the same modules with 3D printer. Let's take a loot of some elements:
OR gate with 2 positive and one negative input.
Trigger. Main differnece that it have symmetric camera. As a result - it's bistable.
AND element. 5 = (2 && 3) && !6

Curiosity led me to the Internet archive, so I found interesting kit pictures from Tekniska museet
Assume there are different logic elements in it and some additional devices for making experimentsI can't find it on ebay, but it looks so cool, so I want to find it out.I'm not sure that this is coanda effect logic. Or logic in general, but..
