Electronic, shareable bike for intracity transport

Efficient, easy and electric. Fast, connected and shareable. It's time bikes joined the 21st Century!

Similar projects worth following
Urban transportation is hard: Mass transit is unreliable. Cars are expensive. Ride sharing doesn't work for commuting. Bikes are small and fast, but nobody wants to be sweaty when they get to work.

Electric bikes allow rapid, low-emission and low-effort point-to-point travel, but are so far largely unadopted due to high ownership expense, limited range and complicated usage (such as having to park the bike somewhere you can charge it)

Our solution: A modular, simple and highly efficient bike design that integrates all the electronics, bluetooth, battery and lock into a single removable module. This enables the bike to be used by an individual - or, scaled up to a company- or even city-wide electric bike sharing program.

I see that you're using a lipo battery which I'm assuming is within the three.7V range. How are you powering the SK6812 LEDs? The datasheet says they're 5V which also appeard on vehicleinfos.

Interesting idea... do you have any build instructions other than just assembling a commercial unit?  I don't quite understand what you are proposing to add here...
