This escalated from wanting to make a stand for my Printrbot simple metal that would incorporate the atx power supply required as part of the heated bed upgrade. Mostly to tidy things up and reduce the footprint of the printer setup. Initially I planned just a power button on the front, but quickly thought, 'why have only one button, when you could have ten?' So now I'd like to incorporate the raspberry pi running octoprint too, and add some manual clicky button controls for things like homing, extruding etc that aid in changing filament and general maintenance.

This will all be rather hacked together, and likely an imprecisely over-complicated solution to a problem that may or may not exist. Also, learning.
