Most water is used in agriculture and industry. Most of the water is only used in one cycle and not being recovered for multiple uses. With so much water being lost thru current use even a single reuse of the water could save a substantial amount. Along with recycling water an implementation of massive water collection and storage would creat a self sustaining reserve.
