Next to my house are 4 bus stations and one for a ferry. So I want a monitor to see the next departures from all of them.
With the influence of my wife I put a RasPi and a 20x4 Char-LCD in a frame from the famous swedish furniture shop.
The Data comes from the local public transport provider. They have an API for their database.
So the rest is just around 100 lines of python code and a litte bit of soldering.
