Great work!  Is there any possibility to record the contents of the deep (12MSample) sample memory as well, or is that much more complicated than grabbing what's on the screen?

Yes, it should be possible, and it's planned to be added in the next version.

I think I've read that some difficulties in the firmware have made retrieving the entire sample buffer somewhat challenging, but I'd certainly love to save 12M samples to try out different noise-resistant detection algorithms for my radiation sensor project in Matlab/Octave or such.  Thanks a bunch for all your work on helping make getting data out of this scope as simple as it should be!
