GSM Camera Server (GM01)

I had an old security Camera around. It's send the images over GSM to a server. Now I'm running my own ;-)

The Camera has an Sim Card to connect to a Server over GPRS.
VisorTech is running a service but it's down at the moment:

The service is not very secure. It is possible to viel all Fotos without a Passwort (If you know what you are doing ....)

So it was time to run my own server!
There is not much documentation about the Protokoll used. The only thing I found is this PDF:

But there are also some bugs in the firmware of the camera itself. After logging the communication between the camera and the server I was able to build my own server:
