1. Get a female and male 32 pin head connector:

2. Solder them together like this (maybe a little bit more beatuiful):

3. Connect the "adapter" to the dashboard like this:

4. Now connect the FDD cable to the adapter. Please be careful with the red marked position on the connector I drew - it matches the red marked wire of the FDD cable. The outer two pins on the other side are not connected:

5. Now connect the other end of the cable to the board:

Or you can do it the hard way like I did with an original Cluster Connector and way to short leads ;) Do yo have a link for the 32 pin connectors (Aliexpress preferred)?
