DualCarbon battery

Simple to make hybrid battery/supercapacitor with electrodes made of modified graphite felts 3D electrodes

Similar projects worth following
Two electrodes of modified 3D graphite felts .

Now discovered a new "3D rocking chair" system.

I treat these felts with organic redox materials linked to carbon.

Come only from renewable and natural resources! Even Leonardite.

This allow to make batteries with any kind of cations.

Ionic liquids are used as electrolytes.

I will update soon.

Now I also made an Aluminium Ion battery based on Al+3 and Al zero valence.

Move Al+3 with a ionic liquid.

Actually I'm at 550Wh/Kg complete cell.

I've been building an "Aluminum Ion" battery with TiO2/Hcl involved - the resulting TiCl-cycle might be a good match for what you're trying to do.
