Cottage Business Website

My colleague and I had to design a cottage business website as part of my grade eleven computer science course.

Similar projects worth following
As part of my grade eleven computer science course, I was told to design a cottage business website so that customers can view what the cottage has to offer, and be able to book a time for them to stay at the cottage.

I was told that the website must display information about the cottage, such as its features, address, local landmarks, and contact information. It must have a gallery that displays photos of the cottage in a clean format, and it must have a login system, where users can login to their accounts and book the time of their stay. The website cannot be made with any drag-and-drop website builder.

I decided to work with one of my colleagues and we had used various programming languages and resources to make this website possible. We had used HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, JSON, phpMyAdmin, MySQL, Bootstrap, and some resources from Codecourse (previously known as Phpacademy.)

Sounds like your being used for free labour by the teacher. Contact your pricipal about the matter and ask to be paid for the work. 100€ per hour is reasonable hourly price for webdevs.

The website was just a culminating activity, so it was only counted for marks. The idea that we had to build it for a cottage business was only used as a source of motivation, so it wasn't bought in the end. I do thank you for your concern. :)
