Are these pieces laser cut? If so, is it possible to get the design files?

I know the original ones were laser cut, but apparently there was some problems
with the pieces cracking. I could be wrong, but I believe the ones seen here
were cut on a scroll saw.

Have you tried looking at QCad to see if you can load them properly? QCad has a
variety of export formats.
