Our project users a simple modification to a PixyCam to passively monitor a user's surroundings, and only save photos when that user is eating. Those files can then be sent to various services, such as social networks to generate positive feedback from peers and encourage users, human intelligence services that can describe details of the meal, and research laboratories where their surroundings, meals, and eating habits can be analyzed.
