Yeah, we're doing it again.

You now have until DECEMBER 28, 2015 at 14:00 PST to upload photographic or video proof that your project works.

As proof, you need:

What's considered acceptable proof is at the judges' discretion, so feel free to ask any questions below.

Happy holidays!

Long time  no hear.

How's the judging going? An update would be cool (e.g. How you judge the projects

Probably more like sometime this month. But with a worldwide team of unpaid judges, it's pretty hard to get all the votes in quickly. :P

Hey there, thanks for extending the deadline! I only had monday evening/night and all yesterday to assemble the board and to make control software for it, so another 5 days are very appreciated! I actually managed to publish a video of the board connected to a Teensy 3.0, can you please check if that counts as working proof? The thing is that while I managed to read/write data to/from the CODEC via the I2C bus, I could not get any sound output from it. Project is here:

Oh, one more thing. can you please drop my Pomodorino Project from the list of entrants?

I didn't have any time (or motivation :)) to finish the project until now and won't have it until the new deadline and I really don't want the judges to waste any of their time checking this entrant.

Link to the project is: https://hackaday.io/project/8196-pomodorino

I'm not actually aware of a way to remove projects from lists. You could just add "Judges: please disregard this project" at the top of the description :P

And I just uploaded all files in a hurry und made a quick youtube video wich I thought would not be ready uploading until 00:00 UTC :)

Well, at least I'm ready now and can enjoy the holidays.

Since the 28. would be my birthday I wouldn't expect to have any more time until then anyways.

Oh, and Merry Christmas to all btw.

Nice :)

Yeah, there's no way we would be judging this week anyway, so there's no point in making the entrants put up the proof earlier.

Well, the first question then! Did the photos/videos will be checked before final deadline, just like happened with design files ?

Like last time, we'll try to do that, no promises though. If we haven't checked by Saturday, just leave a comment here :)
