1Step 1
Mod computer ATX powersupply
-
2Step 2
Test circuit with all the parts you bought.
-
3Step 3
Create frontplate+ top plate + backplate from sheetmaterial. Also make the bottom plate (I used 8mm multiplex). Make shure you have enough room for everything. I made the top and bottom plates too long so I can cut them off later.
-
4Step 4
Put all the parts in the frontplate and glue it to the bottomplate in a 90 degree angle.
(Re)Create the circuit on the frontplate and test if it works. Dont forget the fuses!
-
5Step 5
Fit all the parts on the bottomplate and cut off the end. Now glue on the backplate. Test again if it works.
-
6Step 6
Everything fits so it is time to create the shell. Cut the sides and glue them in a 90 degree angle to the top plate. Finish it by sanding the edges and some paint.
