3D Printing craziness

So I had to make a call to the manufacturer of my 3D printer. Seems I needed to make a deep, DEEP cleaning of everything. Feeder pulleys AND extruder. At one point, I thought that the extruder went south, because I got an error common to this brand (XYZPrinting). Hey, it's only $350 for 15x15x15 cm!

Anyhoo, it looks like I may be back on track to printing my case now. Other than the crazy amount of adjustments out of the box (in spite of their claims), it seems okay. I just wish they wouldn't DRM the filament. Now I have to print small things to maximize my use of the last of the roll before I change.

Also, I am testing a new scraper since I have decided to go without painter's tape and am just using a glue stick on glass: BTW, get the disappearing purple stuff, you'll see where you covered the glass. The scraper is a thin pallet knife and seems like it has more control than the thing that came in the box with the printer.
