Arduino sketch for testing PAL16L8.<br>Connect PAL16L8 to Arduino as per the pin descriptions in the sketch.<br>For safety, remove PAL16L8 from circuit, upload your sketch, remove power to Arduino, insert PAL16L8, apply power to Ardiuno, then check results in serial console (19200 bps).
