Removed the cams from the pin-lever arrangement, and printed

it flat on the build surface, instead of an angle as attempted earlier. Better results, the pins can independently move.

I reckon modifying the printer to use a 0.2mm nozzle instead of a 0.4mm nozzle will yield better results.
