NASA's 3D-Printed Habitat Challenge

To construct a dirt 'hut' for emergency human accommodation using a DIY 3D printer (big volume, inexpensive, lightweight and portable).

I finally got a chance to look at NASA's 3D-Printed Habitat Challenge (http://www.bradley.edu/challenge/). Sadly, I do not qualify to be able to submit a team (not a US Citizen) and cannot even be on the team (not a US resident). The phase 2 total prize is over USD1million; that'd pay for a lot of research at my level! If a US Citizen wants to take what I am doing here, and rework it to suit the Challenge rules, go for it. All that I do is in the public domain anyway. If you have questions or suggestions, constructive feedback is always welcome.

What I liked to see were some criteria for making human accommodation from dirt. At least I get an independent benchmark to validate my progress.
