A few years ago I bought a few kilograms of high purity, nano particle barium titanate, hoping to find a way to produce high K dielectric material. I am very curious about how you intend to do it. I have long wanted to reproduce Townsend Brown's experiments, but have not been able to come up with the resources.
The interesting thing is most of the geometries people show off online are not what T. Townshend brown actually got results from, according to his lab notes. You'll see what I mean when we start posting to this project. Barium titanate isn't the only detail that's important here. J. P. Vigier's papers about stochastic quantum mechanics may offer some clues in the meantime. The "no hidden variable theorem" proof doesn't formally serve as a no-go theorem for their approach. Happy tinkering!
Thanks! I've talked with Sal, and am well aware. This will be looking at something a little older, to hopefully clarify the basic working principle and some of the history, compared to what's online about it these days.
