OshPark to start with

So, I'm initially going with OshPark for the prototype boards. I'm close to their tolerances, but 3 boards is about 1/3rd the cost over 4pcb. If they reject the boards for too much details or too many problems, then I'll fall back to 4pcb. Upon batch production, I'll be going with them as their per unit cost is hard to beat.

The downtime of having OshPark produce them gives me a window to create the PCBs for the display and initial sensor boards due to their size and relative inexpensive, I probably have 4pcb produce them so I'll get them at the same time my mainboard will arrive. Also, I can electrically my one-offs from OshPark to see what their precision and QC is like at this level of detail.

Oh, and I love the output from FreeDFM:

Edit: I shouldn't forget that I still have to finish rasterizing fonts and separate out various graphical elements in order to produce the GUI in software. The firmware on D-DAQ is my next big hurdle and having a breather while the board is produced is useful ;).
