1Checkout the source code
Head on over to the github repository and download the entire folder or checkout using GIT.

2Install dependencies
Install NodeJS and Yarn if you have not already done so. Once installed, navigate to the downloaded directory and type
yarn

3Build the software
At this point you can run
yarn start
to launch a local webserver that hosts the application and any changes to the code will be reflected in the application.

4Improve / edit code - make sure there are no errors in the node console
The application will now be running and available at
https://localhost:909 or http://127.0.0.1:909
You can play with it and see any changes you have made

5Connect MIDI hardware
If you have any existing MIDI musical instruments you can connect them to your computer or mobile device and play with them through the application by clicking the MIDI button on the main panel.

6Flash PICO and connect Other hardware
By connecting a PI Pico and flashing some custom firmware (see github repo), the software can now control other electronics and hardware via GPIO and UART! Use it control whatever you like.
