Greasemonkey TV listings
Using FF/greasemonkey I wrote a small script to search and highlight TV shows of interest on the online guide. Saves wading through all the channels!
Bluetooth auto door lock
Using a scope to hack the protocol on an off-the-shelf door lock I added an arduino w/ bluetooth to detect authorized users and unlock the dead bolt.
