 Soldering iron (generic),

 Solder Wire,

 Lead Free.

 Story

 Wireless tester

INTRODUCTION

Wireless testing evaluates electrical products that are intended to be operated without wires – anything from laptops and electric toothbrushes to industrial applications with wireless components. A wireless test is necessary to help you meet regulatory requirements, improve product performance and reduce the risk of costly non-compliance. Third-party conformity assessments also help to strengthen your competitive position in the market.

COMPONENTS REQUIRED

BC547 NPN Transistor (Qty 3)

Resistor (1M - Qty 1, 100K- Qty 1, 680R- Qty 1)

Mini Buzzer (Qty 1)

LED (Qty 1)

2 Pin terminal (Qty 1)

Ordering PCB

You can order your PCB from any PCB manufacturing company. Ordering PCb from any PCB manufacturing company is quite simple and easy. First we create a PCB layout using the mentioned circuit diagram and download the gerber file. Then you just have to add your gerber file, select a layer and add to cart then checkout securely and the sum. That's it no your designed PCB is at your doorstep.

About the Components

The components we have used here are all good and high quality components. To do this project very good quality components need to be used because if we don't use good quality components then the project will not work well. For that i would prefer him to buy all components in “WinSource Electronic”. Because they are providing very good quality components. All the components we used here are bought from here.

Here I will shear WinSource Electronic website https://www.win-source.net/

Process

With this circuit we will first put all the components on a breadboard. Now we need an antenna for sensing current. Making an antenna at home is very easy, just we need one copper wire and one screw. The copper wire should be well placed on top of the screw, like this

Then pull the copper wire a little to form an antenna.

Now we connect this antenna to our breadboard according to our circuit.

We are using a nine volt battery to power the circuit. After putting all components to the breadboard our circuit look like

Lets go to testing it

Notice that whenever I move the circuit in front of any wire the LED lights up. That means our circuit is working.

Now we put all the components to our PCB.

After assemble we soldering all the component and our PCB look like

We connect the 9 volt battery for power through the battery connector. Here it's two wires to connect our 2 pin terminal.

After connect 9 volt battery our circuit look likes that

TESTING

Now we are testing it with an extension board, and notice that whenever I move the circuit in front of the extension board the LED lights up.
