Self-designed and soldered 4 Layer PCB of our model satellite/landing module that won us the second-place award at CANSAT 2023:

-Integrated 6A (output) Boost converter (at the bottom half of the PCB)

-STM32F4 family microprocessor with external HF (12 MHz) and LF (32Khz) crystals.

-Barometric Pressure Sensor, GPS, and IMU.

- 4A two-way DC Motor Driver (H bridge)

-Servo, camera, buzzer, and indicator LEDs integrations.

A double sided PCB designed by me for employee tracking with GPS and long-range RF data link.

-36 hours of battery life with single-cell lithium-ion 18650.

-Integrated buck-boost converter for high efficiency.

-Several test boards were soldered by me in my workshop.

A PCB was designed and soldered by me for our autonomous formula racing car project. This PCB contains watchdog and latch circuitries to check the health status of our autonomous system's computers. It is used to isolate high voltage accumulator from the car in case of emergency.

This is the Discharge PCB of the same formula car. It includes galvanically isolated discharge logic, and an 600V discharge MOSFET. This circuit serves to discharge the stored energy in the intermediate capacitors of the motor controller.

Above PCB is the integration PCB of the accumulator segments of our car. It takes the cable harness's place in the tight space on top of the lithium cells. It also includes self-resetting fuses for each voltage probe track.
