Description

The name says it all. I've been toying with this idea for some time. If my math is right, The massive propellers I designed should lift around 120 pounds each @ 1000 rpm. I might be able to get away with smaller props if I can get them to spin faster.

Details

I thought it would be quick to use a bicycle frame as the base, but that might not be the best idea seeing everything laid out in sketchup. Assuming that the propellers stay the same size, It would be better to build the frame around that.

To do:
-3d print a scale model of one propeller
-Power it with a 12v pc fan
-Record thrust (If any)
-Rework the math on the full scale to see if it can be made smaller
