I want to first characterise the blue light emission from these LEDs. Srimagal, Ramesh and Sahu (2016) suggest LED light in the range 400-480nm will induce phototoxic effect on microbial cells. A quick search of my favourite part supplier (Little Bird Electronics) turned up these. At 465nm they should be a good starting point.
