ATMega1284P in ULTRA is working at 3.3V by FTDI embedded 3.3V voltage regulator
(Case: USB de-touched)
We should apply 3.3V between VC/GN terminal on ULTRA
Anyway, ULTRA is 3.3V system. Have fun!
