Welcome to our project page!

Through 'Glassify' we are aiming to simplify the user-side recycling process. By automating the sorting process, we expect that rates of recycling will increase from approximately 50% where they currently stand in the UK.

For the time being, we are targeting the sorting of coloured objects - Glass, for example. We see the sorting of Glass as a first step of developing such a system.

Our current design makes use of tubes, a servo and a camera to direct objects to certain output locations.
