I used Fusion 360 to sketch the housing. As I was preparing for laser cutting, it was important to beforehand keep an eye on all of the finger joints, screw holes, mounting holes etc. This was my first encounter with 3D modeling and it was a lot of fun to learn it.

Here is the cross section view of the machine. It is mostly empty, so that there is enough space for cables and tubes. There are some design flaws immediately visible, and these are that heaviest parts, 3 pumps and RPi are placed in the top part of the machine. I hoped this will not the distort the balance and it was OK, but still, it brought an unnecessary torque to the finger joints. I decided to go with it in the first version because it had some practical constraints: RPi cant be far from the camera, and camera must be in the eye level. Pumps ought to be above the bottles they are sourcing a liquid from.
