SUFI'm continuously working on this Curve Tracer in my spare time. I designed a Vishay VO14642 photovoltaic SSR into the circuit. It is quite a nice, but pricey device.
I thought why not try to order it from Aliexpress. For control I also ordered a few from Mouser.
