Freeform Build
I used an old cardboard box as formwork for the dial. 0.9mm copper wire for the dial, and some 1.2mm copper wire for the base stand parts (always pick up more copper wire from the jewelry/craft section when I visit Daiso or Tokyo Hands). It solders really well with my favourite "shiny" 2% silver solder.
I like to make a Atomic Clock reader and display other information from the signal that is sent by the government.
This came out so beautiful. Paging @Ted Yapo , you're going to love this one!
BTW, if anybody else wants to fetch the directory without cloning the hundreds of MB of the LittleArduinoProjects git repo, this is what worked for me:

Yeah, it was a bit alarming when it had downloaded 60MB and that was only 10% of the total. Github doesn't give the facility to download a subdirectory. LittleArduinoProjects is a collection of independent projects so there's no need to clone everything.
I like it, I like it. Please add details of how you formed the ring and soldered to it (some metals don't solder well), etc.
I'm not surprised MPLabX handles all the legacy MCUs, it's such a huge package.
Ta! I've added some more details. Nothing fancy - my goto is a selection of 0.7, 0.9, 1.2mm copper wire and 2% Ag.

Awesome! Why don't you add a motor, so it can spin and make a holographic display?
