I am trying to build an FPGA Integrated Bench-top Low Field NMR Spectrometer Prototype first, and then integrate them on a chip. Plan to finish the prototype during the summer.

OK, this has my attention. Are you talking about nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for blood glucose?

Yes sir. I am making a planar coil that will be put on skin, with a magnet of 0.5T and track concentration change of glucose non-invasively. It may not work well though.
