1. What's Fiber Optical Distribution Box

The Fiber Optical Distribution Box (Fiber Optical Terminal Box) is an infrastructure box for FTTH network, which is intended for the Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) networks for FTTH (Fiber To The Home) and FTTB (Fiber To The Building) topology. It allows fiber splicing and the connection between the distribution cable and drop cable, and can be installed indoors or outdoors. It can be wall mount, pole mount or rack mount installation.optical-distriubiton-box-factory

2. Fiber Optical Termainal Box Material

Normally, we use PC, PC+ABS or ABS for the optical pull box, the materials can be complied to UL94-V0 or not according customer requirements. PC/ABS combine the most desirable properties of both resins, the excellent processibility of ABS and the superior mechanical properties and heat resistance of polycarbonate. Impact is maintained down to -30°C while heat resistance can be in the range of 95°C -140°C (Vicat B120).

3. Different type of Fiber Optical Splice Box

Shenzhen Welink Technology Co,. LTD. presents a new range of passive optical products for FTTh networks, complete with: outlets and wall sockets, wall boxes, ODF: Distribution panels and trays, aerial distribution boxes, patchcords and pigtails, adapters, attenuators and dividers, passive fully assembled bedside cabinets, cabinets and PoC / PoP solutions. Boxes or drop boxes designed for indoor use allow connection between input fiber cables and CPE devices. They are designed for easy wall mounting and an efficient fiber patch and cable management, accommodating the installation termination of pigtail cables and providing an interface between the network and the client device. Our taps are suitable for fiber optic network both in multi-dwelling buildings and developments (MDU) and in single-family homes (SFU). The operator's logo, as well as any other information, can be printed on the front cover according to customer requirements. The wall boxes designed for outdoor use, are intended for fiber optic distribution and the connection between service cables and subscriber connection cables. Available in a range of sizes depending on the needs of the operator, they can support 2 fibers, 4, 8 and up to 24 ports. Robust, high resistance boxes with splice trays and optical dividers if necessary.boxes-distribution. The panels and trays for high density fiber optic distribution (ODF), are designed for installation in 19 "racks, having several options available in trays and Patch Panel with 24, 48 and more connection ports. The trays can be supplied both Hinged sliders, providing optimal access to the splices for repair and maintenance, even when the panel is completely full.We also have integrated splice trays and fully suitable for SC, LC, FC, ST and E2000 connector types. Our optical distribution racks are compact, lightweight, robust and of high quality, providing ease of installation and ultimate design for both interconnect and cross-connect applications. We have also developed a range of aerial boxes, designed for the quick and easy installation of customer connection cables on existing aerial poles. They typically support up to 24 connections in addition to splice trays for distribution, adapters, and customer cables, as well as input and output cable management. To facilitate pole installation, they have a pole mounting bracket that incorporates spare cable management. All Welink ODF boxes, outlets and distribution products can be supplied with all kinds of adapters and fiber patch cords as required. These are installed and tested in our factory to guarantee the quality and minimize the installation time of the products in the field. All of our products are tested to industry standards and undergo quality checks. Our optical splitters or splitters are available in 2 fibers, 4 fibers, 8 fibers, 12 fibers, 16 fibers, 32 fibers and 64 fibers, as well as in PLC and Box format. All of them in different connectors and types of fiber to provide a solution to any need for customized distribution. They are supplied in the industry standard formats (steel tube, ABS box, LGX, 19 ") or in any other format that the customer needs with pre-assembled solutions in trays and boxes. We also have a wide and complete range of adapters, patch cords and pigtails in different lengths, colors, types of connectors, as well as different types of fiber and materials for the outer jacket. To complement these products, we have a full range of fiber cleaning products, test kits, and tools. To support operator needs in headland and network environments, we also have a range of versatile, cost-effective, and easy-to-install solutions with a wide variety of modules and chassis. These modules can be in the standard LGX format or in 19 "chassis and mounting racks. We have outdoor cabinets to install on the street, in which LGX modules can be installed, which support our wide range of management modules of different lengths wave (WDM, CWDM) and our optical distribution modules (plc splitter).
