Another version off the printer. We have adjusted the pinch curvature on the sides of the nostrils. In efforts to make this as comfortable as possible however, this will be a double 9mm x6mm foam rubber seal. I will make this adjustable for every user for perfect fit with double sided  tape.

It looks like the filter is blocked by my chin , but this is a optical illusion, it is actually in front of the chin.

Here are the proposed places for strapping to feed through. We plan to use 12mm wide TPU clear strapping normally used for invisible bra straps.

The black areas mark the proposed area for strapping slots. Every mask needs to be secured to the face in some way, short of glueing it to the skin unfortunately this is the best idea I can come up with at the moment. I have clear 12mm strapping on the way from Amazon right now:)
