I inherited this massive chunk of granite that I think used to be a window sill in some building. We needed more places to put houseplants over the winter so I set about making a way to securely rest this stone slab on top of the cast iron radiator next to one of our windows.

By sealing gaps, caulking helps prevent outdoor pollutants, allergens, and dust from entering your home through windows. This can lead to improved indoor air quality, especially important for individuals with respiratory issues https://kettlecontracting.com/home-residential-window-caulking/.

Nice slab. You may want to consider how to secure the slab when children are around. I would hate think of the injuries if it fell on someone.
