The goal is to create a UNIX capable computer, based on the motorola 68000 relased in 1979.
The goal is to have a MMU controlling memory on the original non-MMU 68000 processor, video output, keyboard and storage.
The project is complete when a functional computer with a working operating system can boot into a useful environment where user space progamms can run.
Given that no MMU support can officially be added to the chip, I classify this as a research project. Designing an MMU for the chip is the part that needs research.
