The Tremor Nail Clipper (TNC) is an innovative assistive technology (AT) to enable humans struggling with hand tremors to clip their nails independently, thus helping with the day to day life. It clamps onto most tables (thickness under 5cm), and using Velcro straps stabilizes your finger in place to be able to just clip fingernails easily.

You will need a hex bolt size M8x70mm (with a size 13 hex) with a corresponding square nut and nylon jam nut. Also some kind of foam to cushion the finger and a Velcro strap or an elastic band.

The print was done using a Prusa i3 Mrk3, with 40% infill, 4 perimeters and using the gyroid fill pattern

P.S. I included the SolidWorks files incase you want to change something to fit your needs more.

Nails that need trimming are also on - your feet.

Toenails can be out of reach due to hip surgery, or simple lack of flexibility as a result of age or illness. Will there be a foot version of this ?

Toe length and shape will probably preclude the Velcro straps.
