We build DC brushed engines on automated production lines. At the end of it there's a lady with "8 arm in use" that has to be quick, precise and reliable in final product approval. Now we need to add one more test - but this will slow down everything and make more overhead for this lady. I decided to build an intellignet in-line on-the-fly tester that'll check EACH engine if it's OK (no shortcut from housing to brushes). This will be UNO based mix of 4 point testing nest + detecting software and hardware reaction to operators (infotmative display board). end of day reporting on SD card considered or ethernet connection to production managing software.
