The ARCAPU Project will seek to reduce the prior art (Eldridge, Richardson, Santilli, et al) in the plasma gasification of sewage, to practical effect for personal household, recreational, survival, military, festival and hospitality applications. This requires active use of the native Carbon dissolved in-situ, versus the [consumable] Carbon electrodes popularized by Santilli.
Properly orchestrated, a mature ARCAPU device will yield a sterile graphitic bioresidue of material value, in a processor sufficiently compact and maintainable for residential use, while releasing no biologically/chemically active byproducts into the environment, through liquid effluent or gaseous emissions.
It is expected that the COH2 Syngas blend produced by the unit from the Septage fuel will yield substantially more energy than is required to initiate and sustain the high voltage plasma arc. This would significantly enhance the environmental and economic viability of the septic services industry.
