For this project, we will be building a Scrolling Text Display driven by an Arduino Nano using 7 x Bi-color (Red and Green) LED Matrix Driver Module kits from jolliFactory. For this display, messages and commands can be sent to it via Bluetooth using an Android Smart Phone.
