ChasinSpinNeeded a Helmholtz Coil to test the sensitivity and calibrate the coils. I've designed a 3D printed Helmholtz Coil for this purpose. The best is, it's easy to build, cheap and it does all the math for you and spits out the configuration / sensitivity of the coil using OpenScad:
