Hey Dan, you might be able to use an idea similar to the bracket I use for the rotational steppers on my pnp project: https://hackaday.io/project/9319-diy-pick-and-place/log/30784-unlocking-your-nozzle-stepper

This way your hose can stay fixed, and the nozzle can rotate freely.

did you drill a hole the length of the stepper shaft?! That must have been expensive

http://www.robotdigg.com/product/43/Nema8+Hollow+Shaft+Stepper+Motor Nah, not too expensive. They make steppers for this kind of thing, although you wouldn't have to use on like this, could adapt your existing design.

just go back in town saw jlg puzzle had to respond fat short syringe sitting on top
of suction cup pulling vacuum with rc servo ,stepper motor.or ??? eliminate hose.
eliminate rotation problem.

Dan sorry for babble above i was talking to myself  not the first time.

think my last message got deleted. I have been dealing with peristaltic

pumps 15 yrs. to clean print heads. one of these top of Anthony's hollow shaft stepper could do the trick? 10 15 bucks on ebay. steve chev1955@comcast.net
