Fixed the RXD pin symbol: it was pointing the wrong direction, as pointed out by a sharp reader.

I clarified the description of how the circuit works. There seems to have been some confusion - I simply use the UART to read the keyboard bitstream, which happens to be standard serial in most cases. No fancy polling code was necessary.
