For the 2016 Hackaday Prize, I've decided to incorporate this project into a much larger set of projects that altogether I call my Lego Optics Lab. The following are all the various parts an projects that are included:

You wouldn't ordinarily think of an iPod or mobile phone being used in an optics lab experiment, but I actually used it in at least two projects. I’ll demonstrate how I built my mobile phone/iPod mount out of Lego for my Lego optics lab. I used my iPod in the following Lego Optics lab experiments:
